general and/or clinical healthcare information sent directly to HCD. HCD uses available technology tools to protect your information.

HCD does send aggregated data files to authorized accrediting bodies as part of our contracted
services to Health Care Organizations. These file transmissions are sent via encrypted upload
directly to the accrediting organization.
All information and data sent to HCD is stored and safeguarded in secure databases on HCD
premises. Access to these data files is strictly limited to authorized employees who have
signed non-disclosure agreements with the company. Daily backups are performed and securely
stored to ensure the safety of this and other mission-critical data.
